His compatriot Prince Tagoe was also in excellent shape for the Serbian title holders in the game played in Kopar.
Tagoe was very active during the game before he was substituted by his compatriot at the start of the second half in which two different sets of players were used.
With the game tied at 3-3, Adiyiah latched onto a cross from the right to seal the victory in the box.
The two Ghanaian players have been in impressive form since joining Partizan last month on loan in a bid to get regular playing time.
Tagoe has scored five goals in six friendly matches for Partizan since joining them from German side Hoffenheim.
Aidyiah has scored four times in six appearances since his arrival from AC Milan even though he has sometimes started from the bench.
Their performances are a major boost for the Black Stars ahead of this month’s Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Congo.
