You might assume that Dolph Lundgren is just one of those people graced with a naturally youthful physique.
But at 53 the former action star showed his fans it takes hard work and perseverance to stay in shape as he practised his martial arts moves today.
Lundgren showed off his flexibility, and some killer workout moves, as he kicked, twisted and even did the splits in a Beverly Hills park today.
The Swedish-born star is obviously still in amazing shape and looked fantastic dressed all in white in a Karate suit.
He hardly looks a day older than when he first burst onto our screens in 1985 as the imposing Russian boxer, Ivan Drago in Rocky IV.
Since then Lundgren has starred in more than 40 action genre movies, including Masters of the Universe, Universal Soldier and Johnny Mnomic.
