Kerry Katona: Cheryl Cole just needs to talk a bit slower to crack the US

Though Cheryl’s X Factor deal in LA is still not signed, sealed and delivered, Kerry reckons she should just go with her Geordie accent – and simply slow it down.

‘That’s one of the reasons we love her,’ says the mum of 4.

‘No one can understand my accent but I’m proud of who I am.

‘I’d never have elecution lessons. She just needs to talk a lot slower.’

Kerry, 30, definitely wants Cheryl, 27, to get the job next to Simon Cowell on the American judging panel – because she’d like her high-profile role on The X Factor here.
