Cheer up Danielle! The reviews for Calender Girls aren’t bad at all but Gary’s girl can’t raise a smile (at least Jennifer’s still smiling!)

They say it can be grim up north.

And It looks like Danielle Bux may agree if her stony face in Manchester last night is anything to go by.

The lingerie model, who is appearing at the city’s Palace Theatre in Calendar Girls,  looked positively glum as she arrived at the theatre last night ahead of her performance.

The usually immaculately dressed 31-year-old even managed to look dowdy in her track-suit bottoms, hoodie and Ugg boot combo which she topped-off with an unflattering brown beanie-style hat.

Husband Gary Lineker didn’t look terribly impressed either as they strode towards the theatre not speaking or holding hands.

The WAG shouldn’t have anything to be sad about though. The Calendar
Girls tour has won rave reviews and the show’s box offices gross
recently hit a combined total of £21 million across
the country.

At least fellow cast member, actress Jennifer Ellison had something to smile about.

The former Brookside star has recently lost a staggering three-and-a-half stone through sticking to her fitness regime and
following a healthy eating plan in preparation for baring all in the play.

The beaming 27-year-old rejoined the cast to reprise her role as Celia in the tour of the hit show.

However, Jennifer admitted that when she first accepted the part, she thought she
had one of the only female roles who kept their clothes on.

She said: ‘I thought I was playing the make-up artist, who doesn’t strip. It
turns out I’ve got a lead role – and I’m as naked as everyone else.’

Also arriving at the theatre last night were fellow cast members
Gemma Atkinson and Coleen Nolan who at least looked more excited to be
there then gloomy Danielle.
