It’s probably not what his doctors had in mind.

But Charlie Sheen can’t help but smile as he’s pictured on a private jet with a bevy of beauties – his girlfriend, a porn star, and his ex-wife – on Wednesday.

After several weeks in rehab for his drink and drug problems, Sheen was allowed home under strict orders to rest.

Instead he has flown to the Bahamas with the three women.

The
hellraising star has been enjoying the attentions of not only his
girlfriend Natalie Kenly but also his ex-wife Brooke Mueller and porn
star Bree Olson.

On Monday night, 45-year-old Sheen was pictured on board a yacht with
a cigarette hanging from his lips – as Miss Olson and Miss Kenly, both
24, kissed him at the same time.

On Tuesday, 33-year-old Miss Mueller joined the group for a party in the home cinema at Sheen’s Beverly Hills mansion.

Despite the pair’s divorce last year, she is said to be a regular visitor with the couple’s 23-month-old twin sons, Bob and Max.

And on Wednesday all three women were with Sheen on the private jet as he flew off for a break in the Bahamas.

Sheen, who was hospitalised following a 36-hour drink and drugs spree
last month, is said to be Hollywood’s highest-paid TV actor.

He earns
more than £1million per episode for the hit U.S. comedy Two And A Half
Men.

Filming is due to resume on Tuesday but whether he will turn up remains
in doubt amid growing fears for his health.

He has been in hospital
three times in as many months.

In October last year, he was accused of causing thousands of pounds
worth of damage to his hotel suite following a drink and drugs spree.

His father Martin, best known for playing President Jed Bartlet in The
West Wing, has said his son’s drink and drug addictions are a ‘form of
cancer’.

While claiming Charlie appeared to be on the mend, the 70-year-old actor
revealed that his condition is still serious, saying: ‘We pray for
him.’
