A Deputy Minister of Information says President Mills decision to revisit the infamous missing cocaine saga could possibly be because he is privy to something Ghanaians are not in the know of, adding that for 77parcels of cocaine to disappear into thin air, the alleged dealers must have the backing of people within the country.
