TMZ has obtained a recording of the 911 call made after a fatal car accident on the set of “NCIS” — in which a show staffer tells the operator, “A car hit one of my co-workers … auto versus pedestrian.”
As we first reported, a 52-year-old security guard working on the set was hit by a passenger van … when the 60-year-old driver had some sort of medical emergency behind the wheel and veered on to the L.A. area set.
The security guard was rushed to a nearby hospital — but later died from his injuries.
The driver of the van survived the accident.
We’re told an investigation into the incident is still ongoing.
