Victoria and David Beckham get access to closed Liberty store

Victoria and David Beckham’s spokeswoman insists they didn’t receive special treatment

Victoria and David Beckham sneaked off from a London Fashion Week party to have a bit of a shop.

The couple were guests at the Love Magazine do at London store Liberty, which is packed with must-have fashion favourites.

‘They were given access to the closed-off store,’ says a source.

‘The Beckhams both slinked off for a while during the party to go shopping.

‘David picked out a number of items from the new Double RL

(Ralph Lauren) corner.’

But David, 35, and Victoria, 36, soon returned – with their new purchases – to charm the crowds at the bash.

The loved-up pair, who are expecting a baby in the summer, headed home 45 minutes later.

‘They left by a side entrance with the store’s security guards blocking photographers,’ an onlooker tells Metro.

‘David did his best to protect Victoria from the mayhem.’
