Anthony Annan Issues Warning To Rosenborg

Rosenborg midfielder Anthony Annan has waded into the transfer stalemate between his club and Sevilla insisting he wants to join the Spanish side.
The Ghanaian issued the stern warning to the Norwegian club who have rejected several Sevilla offers for Annan.
Sevilla have offered to sign the Ghanaian player on a lucrative three-year contract as his deal with Rosenborg is expected to end in December.
Rosenborg are still holding out for US$5m transfer fee while Sevilla’s last final offer is US$3m.
The Ghanaian midfielder is hoping he has laid the foundation for the transfer by making it clear that he wants to change teams.
“I just want to play at Sevilla, where there are very good players . It is an important opportunity for me,” the Ghanaian international midfielder Annan said.
“I want to jump into a big league like the Spanish and a team with aspirations like Sevilla.
“I know that Rosenborg have good players to replace me to make the team strong. I have kept quiet over the talks but now is the time to make my views known.
“What I have made clear is that I want to go to Seville and I hope everything goes well.” Annan concluded.
Annan says he will not extend his contract with Rosenborg when it expires in December if they don’t allow him to leave for Sevilla.
