Ghana international Rahim Ayew said he is feeling better now after leaving Egyptian giants Zamalek to Europe.
“I am a very happy person and I go into training in better spirit now,” he told KickOffGhana.com.
The 22-year-old signed for Belgium side Lierse after a rather difficult moments with the White Knights. The Cairo-based club has reached a deal with the De Pallieters for the transfer of the midfielder.
“My debut may not happen till next week but for the target is simple. Now I am in Europe, I have the chance to start all over again and I will take it. I need to prove on the field that I am good enough to play so this is an opportunity I will take.”
Rahim joined Zamalek after impressing for Ghana at the 2009 African Nations Championship in Ivory Coast.
