Former King Faisal coach Zdravko Logarusic has confirmed he has been contacted by Ghanaian side AshantiGold about his prospects of taking over the club.
The Croat told Sunyani-based Dinpa FM: “Yes, I have received an invitation from the club, but I have been on an European tour having some managerial courses, am now in Croatia and would decide on what to do next.”
AshantiGold are on the verge of parting ways with David Duncan who has refused to report for training and believes the Croatian tactician would be a perfect replacement.
Zdravko received widespread praise when he rescued King Faisal from relegation last season and guided them to an 11-match unbeaten streak.
