    The Ghana Football Association has finalized a deal to play England at Wembley on 29 March in an international friendly, Ghanasoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
    It will be the first meeting between the West African country and her colonial masters at the senior level.
    “We expect to sign the contract next week to make it complete but we have an agreement to play England. We have agreed in principle to play.” Ghana FA president Kwesi Nyantakyi told GHANAsoccernet.com.
    Ghana fans will be delighted that the much-anticipated clash will take place as several attempts by the West Africans to play England have ended in failure.
    Fans are keen for the Black Stars to teach England a footballing lesson after they introduced the game to the country.

    Meanwhile, the Ghana FA expects to name an opponent for next month’s friendly which is expected to be the first assignment for the yet-to-be named new Ghana coach Goran Stevanovic.
