The technical team of Ghana’s Under-23 team are to meet the management committee to draft a program for the 2012 Olympic Games qualifiers later this year.
The team would be involved in a new format of qualification where a mini-tournament would be used rather than a home-and-away format to select Africa’s representation for the London games.
“We will be engaged in a mini-tournament of eight teams in two groups – four each,” Black Meteors management committee head Randy Abbey confirmed.
“As at now, we will meet the new technical team on Friday to fashion out a program before the qualification series starts.”
