Ghana Premier League side Hearts of Oak have appointed ex-RTU player Tanko Mohammed as assistant coach. Mohammed graduated from the renowned Winneba Sports College in Ghana as a physical education instructor and holds a coaching certificate.
He will assist Paa Kwesi Fabin on the bench as the 2000 African champions seek to end their dire run of poor form in the league.
Former Number two Anthony Allotey has now been re-assigned to the club’s youth side. Hearts of Oak finished ninth on the league table after the first round of the Ghana Premier League.
