More than 140 children have been rescued after being forced to work in markets in Gabon, says international police agency Interpol.
Interpol said the children were taken into care. They were as young as six and from 10 unnamed countries.
Gabon police found them selling and carrying heavy goods in market stalls in the capital, Libreville.
Children from poor West African families have long been sent to work in oil-rich Gabon.
Some 44 people were arrested in the two-day operation earlier this month.
