Accra, May 30, GNA – Vodafone Ghana, an operating company of Vodafone Group Plc, has re-opened its retail shop in Little Hill, Takoradi.

The refurbished shop, which is spacious and boasts of dedicated areas for specific customer needs, includes a dedicated ‘Express zone’ for quick and easy transactions such as bill payments, as well as a Wi-Fi area with guaranteed reliable and fast internet speed.

Vodafone Ghana, recognising the potential economic growth of the oil-rich city, has therefore established a dedicated area where Small to Medium-scale Enterprises and other businesses can get expert advice on all their communication needs and solutions.

Mr. Haris Broumidis, Chief Executive Officer of Vodafone Ghana, said Vodafone was refurbishing a few other shops to meet the growing needs of customers and ensure superior customer experience.

He said the company had designed an interactive management system which intends to give its customers real time updates of where they are in the queue, adding this would allow them to move freely in the store.

Vodafone Ghana is promising its customers an exciting year as the company embarks on a journey to create unique and unrivalled customer experience.
