Accra Cocktail Week, a cocktail week where resident of Accra get the opportunity to sample new and preferred cocktail drinks at a discount price has been launched in Accra over the week.
The cocktail week which is been organized by Ghana’s experiential brand management agency, Sixth Sense Manifesto will educate the consumers about cocktails and to fully promote Accra as a cosmopolitan city.
From 15th to 21th June, 20 bars within the Accra metropolis will participate in the cocktail week where there shall be a judging contest whereas one bar in Accra shall be titled ‘Cocktail Bar of the Year’.
Nadia Takyiwaa-Mensah, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sixth Sense Manifesto, speaking at the launch said the essence of the cocktail week is to give the middle class in Ghana the opportunity to have a taste of cocktail life and also foreigners a cocktail experience.
She said the Accra Cocktail Week will provide brands as well as bars the opportunity to unleash all their different recipes and deliver a unique experience to their consumers, leaving an everlasting impression on them.
Kasapreko, Barcardi and Martini are the three brands participating in the first ever Accra cocktail week.
