According to Premium Times, the omitted concerns payment of N200 million damages, which was one of 4 reliefs previously involved in the claim filed to Abuja High Court.

It would be recalled that the plaintiffs started seeking for legal resolution of the argument after Mbu announced ban on the protests in the country capital.

However following the controversies the Police Commissioner annulled the ban saying that the released statement was only an advisory notice.

Meanwhile more than 250 school girls abducted in Chibok, Borno State, have been missing for almost 2 months.

The unprecedented action caused both national and international outrage, as common people and celebrities from all over the world marched in protest of the kidnap and in support of the victims’ parents.
