Management of Metropolitan Life in a group photograph with Daily Guide management
Top officials of Metropolitan Life Ghana Limited, led by AJ Kruger, its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), yesterday visited the offices of Western Publications Limited, publishers of DAILY GUIDE and other newspapers, to familiarize themselves with operations of the company.
The group was received by Gina Ama Blay, CEO of Western Publications Limited, Fortune Alimi, Editor and other senior editorial staff.
Mr Kruger, in a remark, touched on the life insurance situation in Ghana and noted that since most people do not have health insurance cover, Metropolitan Life would roll out tailor-made products and services that would meet the needs of many people who were not covered.
Currently operating in 13 countries on the African continent, the company boasts of some 164 staff in Ghana alone and provides insurance cover for over 80,000 clients here.
Mrs Blay commended Metropolitan Life Ghana for offering wonderful products and services on the Ghanaian market and encouraged the firm to do more to cover more people in Ghana.
She reiterated her outfit’s commitment to offering publicity on insurance-oriented programmes.
Daily Guide, which was established in 1984, has presence in all the 10 regions of Ghana and is currently the leading private newspaper in Ghana.
