In memory of the late Perkins Kujo Daniel, whose sad event occurred on 7/02/14 whilst on his way to a regional NPP meeting in Kumasi, Mr. Richard Nyamah for whom Perkins was a coordinator in the Ashanti region, the chairman of the Asante Akim South constituency, Mr. Gilbert Adakwa Yaadom, Madam Mercy Senya, the widow and the family heads agreed to set up a trust fund for the education and upbringing of the two little kids left behind by Perkins.
This decision was arrived at on the 15/02/14 at the one week celebration of his death when Mr. Nyamah and the family met to deliberate on the way forward.
To this effect account number 6171220000031 in the Name of Asante Boateng, the first born has been created with the Juaso Ghana commercial Bank branch in the Ashanti Region.
The family of the late Perkins, his widow, the Chairman of Asante Akim South and Mr. Richard Nyamah wish to entreat all party faithful’s, well-meaning Ghanaians and sympathizers to contribute their widows might to this noble course. It can happen to any of us in our line of duty. The children and the widow should not be left to their faith and as victims of their father’s service to our great party.
As part of ensuring the proper management of the fund, a fund manager has been engaged to ensure the proper investment of at least 50% of all funds in the fund for the future of the children. We therefore entreat everyone to pay their contributions be it monthly as Mr. Nyamah has pledged or bulk into the said account.
At no point should cash be handed to anyone individual representing the family, constituency or Mr. Nyamah.
