The Bank of Ghana has issued tender documents to sell its old office complex.
The old building, according to tender documents, is located in Takoradi.
“The Bank of Ghana invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates to purchase an old Office complex situated on a 1.176 acre piece of land located on the Prince of Wales Road, Takoradi,” the central bank said.
The tender documents available on the bank’s website, must be submitted by tenderers not later than 10:am November 22, 2012 at the head office of the BoG, officials say.
