It’s decision time in Halle Berry‘s custody war with Gabriel Aubry — the two just walked in to an L.A. courtroom where a judge will decide once and for all if Halle can move to France with Nahla.

Halle and Gabriel have been at war for months … with Halle claiming their daughter Nahla will be safer in France because of stricter paparazzi laws.

Gabriel has called BS … claiming it’s unfair for Halle to take his daughter thousands of miles away, making it extremely difficult for him to be a part of Nahla’s life.

The judge ordered both parties to court today so he could deliver the news to them face-to-face.
