Italy legend Dino Zoff believes that Napoli ‘are favourites’ to adavance in their Champions League tie against Chelsea.
The Serie A outfit have one foot in the last-eight stage of the competition after securing a 3-1 victory at the San Paolo in the first leg of the tie.
“I am optimistic about tonight,” Zoff told Tuttomercato. “Napoli are in good shape, especially [Ezequiel] Lavezzi.
“If [Walter] Mazzarri’s men make the most of the counter-attack and their pace, I would say they are favourites.”
The 70-year-old then praised new Chelsea coach Roberto Di Matteo, who is guiding the Blues following the sacking of Andre Villas-Boas.
“I know Di Matteo well, he is a smart guy and he has a strong personality,” Zoff added. “He knows the atmosphere at Chelsea.”
