Eden Hazard drawn to Premier League

TEAMtalk :    Eden Hazard says he sees himself playing in England in the near future, with the Premier League providing the perfect platform for his talent.

The Lille playmaker is set to spark a transfer scramble this summer, with the time having arrived for him to leave France and test himself at a higher level.

Europe’s biggest clubs are said to be waiting in the wings, with the race very much on to secure one of the most coveted signatures in world football.

The likes of Arsenal, Tottenham, Chelsea, Real Madrid and Barcelona are all said to be in the running and ready to part with big money in order to acquire Hazard’s services.

The Belgium international has in the past been reluctant to speculate on where his future may lie, but he is now prepared to admit that a move to England would be his preferred choice.

“That is the championship where I think I can express myself the best,” Hazard told Sport Foot Magazine.

“I think I can learn more there. It is difficult to explain why, it is just a feeling I get.

“The level of the matches, the atmosphere in the stadiums – that is all well above anything I have experienced in France, and that attracts me.”
