Pics! Simphiwe Ngema Gets Candid About Her Weight Loss Revealing How Much She Weighs. Actress and new mom Simphiwe Ngema has been enjoying the perks of being a first time mother to her son Tiyani who was conceived last year.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Most women if not all, put on a few extra pounds while they are with child and not everyone is as lucky to bounce back to their regular selves after birth. <\/p>\n

Simphiwe is one of the celebs who have spoken about their weight journey since pregnancy and she is preaching body positivity to all her followers and is embracing her new body, curves and all.<\/p>\n

Ngema took to Instagram to share a few photos of herself throughout her pregnancy starting from when she was 5 month pregnant. Around this time she thinks she was too lean however, from there onwards she gained a total of 19 kilograms. The actress shared that her initial weight was 75Kg\u2019s however she has fallen in love with her curves. <\/p>\n

\u201cMy normal weight is 75Kg\u2019s but I\u2019ve fallen in love with being thicker. I don\u2019t think I want to go back to weight again<\/em>\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n

She is determined to loss a bit of the weight and come down to weighting a total of 80Kg\u2019s and she is prepared to put in the hard work. The actress has been posting about her aggressive gym sessions and balanced dietary meals which are clearly paying off, because she is almost there.<\/p>\n

Other new celebrity moms who opened up about her difficult weight loss journey from giving birth is actress Pearl Modiadie and Thembisa Nxumalo who also motivated other new moms by assuring them that its normal to feel this way but it\u2019s important to not be to hard on themselves.<\/p>\n
