Tina Jaxa, the estranged wife of late businessman Prosper Mkwaiwa is allegedly making the lives of lawyers trying to wrap up his estate difficult.<\/strong><\/p>\n According to the Sowetan, former \u2018Madam and Eve\u2019 actress Jaxa has continuously broken promises that she would visit lawyer\u2019s offices to sign the necessary documents to finalise his estate.<\/p>\n \u201cSince the funeral, she has not been to their office, not even once,\u201d an insider is quoted as saying.<\/p>\n \u201cShe always says she will come sign but does not. She is the only one left to sign and because of this, bills cannot be paid.\u201d<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Mkwaiwa died in February, after he suddenly fell ill, this following an accident which left him with serious injuries from which he was still recovering.<\/p>\n Steve Sekwele, lawyer for Mkwaiwa\u2019s estate, corroborated these claims, saying: \u201cAfter the funeral, the family met with us and it was agreed that both Tinas must sign the nomination forms along with his parents. Everyone signed and the only person holding the process back is Tina Jaxa.\u201d<\/p>\n Prosper was in an on-again off-again relationship with Tina Dlangawana at the time of his death.<\/p>\n \u201cShe [Jaxa] advised that we should contact her attorneys but she failed to provide their details,\u201d Sekwele added.<\/p>\n \u201cShe must either provide us with her legal representatives\u2019 details or come to our offices to sign in so we can appoint the executor.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n![\"Tina_Jaxa_umhlobo_wenene_fm_presenter\"](\"https:\/\/www.ghanamma.com\/za\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/Tina_Jaxa_umhlobo_wenene_fm_presenter.jpg\")
