\u2018People Aren\u2019t Warm Anymore,\u2019 Says Sindi Dlathu On The Industry! <\/strong>The actress has been in the entertainment industry for more than two decades and has seen it evolve and change.
<\/strong><\/p>\n

Dlathu who recently left Muvhango after twenty years to join Mzansi Magic\u2019s new show called, \u2018The River\u2019 recently weighed in on the current state of the industry and she sounds unimpressed by it.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s not like before, we have evolved, but I don\u2019t know whether it\u2019s positive or not. People aren\u2019t warm anymore. A person can befriend someone because of what they can do for them. I wish we could go back to God, be humble and have love above because I think we\u2019re going in the opposite direction,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

Sindi is however happy with the increasing number of women behind the scenes.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe number of women has grown. Women are executive producers, directors and some own production companies. The channels are open for everyone but the doors aren\u2019t wide open for all of us. Yet, overall, the industry has evolved positively.\u201d<\/p>\n
