Scandal!<\/em> fans have been sad all week about\u00a0Masasa Mbangeni exit from the soapie.<\/p>\n

News broke over the weekend in one of the actresses interviews where she shared that her character Thembeka will soon be leaving the story line.<\/p>\n

While some of you were considering to stop watching the show, we\u2019ve got some good news for you.<\/p>\n

Speaking to\u00a0The Juice Scandal!<\/em> executive producers have confirmed that Thembeka will be leaving the soapie but, it won\u2019t be forever.<\/p>\n

\u201cMasasa Mbangeni, who plays the role of Thembeka Shezi, will be taking a break from her role in May. Her character, Thembeka, remains alive in the Scandal!<\/em> world. \u00a0Viewers can expect her back on the show in the future,\u201d said e.tv\u2019s Michael Pocock.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s said that Masasa is taking time off from the screens to focus on her theatre and getting more movie opportunities.<\/p>\n
