Anele Mdoda Gushes Over Fitting Into 7 Year Old Shorts Again! Let\u2019s be honest as we get older, one would be lucky to fit into clothes they fit three years ago. Oh, you can\u2019t relate? It\u2019s just us then.<\/strong><\/p>\n Anele Mdoda has always been a proud big girl but she also makes effort to stay healthy often posting her healthy meals and gym sessions once in a while. The media personality recently took to twitter gushing over being able to fit into a hot pair of summer shorts that she used to wear seven years ago. <\/p>\n The last time I fit into these shorts, I was 28. I\u2019m 35 now !!! Heh maaaaarn the way I was flexing around today. I even went places I was not needed at,\u201d Anele tweeted along with a photo of herself in her short shorts showing off her toned, long legs. She also revealed that she had lost a total of 12kgs in the last two years. <\/p>\n So how has Anele gone back to her healthier weight seven years ago? Anele says she goes to the gym four to five days a week, drinks loads of water and swims a lot. \u201cMine has been two years, down 12ks but have a lot of muscle. I avoid sugar but I had a crunchie yesterday, I avoid potatoes but I love chips so I gym extra for that and I only booze on holiday and weddings,\u201d she shared.<\/p>\n
