A Ugandan woman is reportedly the mother of 44 children and she gave birth to all of them with her husband,<\/h2>\n
The woman known as Mama Uganda bore her first child at the age of 13 after her parents gave her out to another man when she was 12 years old.<\/p>\n
According to reports online, Mama Uganda is currently struggling to take care of her children because she is a single mother after her husband absconded with all the money they had and left her to her own fate.<\/p>\n
In a video shared by explorer, Joe Hattab, 6 of out 44 children have died and now the 40-year-old mother has been left to cater for the 38 children made up of 22 boys and 16 children.<\/p>\n
Mama Uganda claimed that doctors told her she\u2019s very fertile that had contributed to her large childbearing as she only delivered a single child once and the remaining are twins, triplets, and quadruplets.<\/p>\n
