Local publication Zaleb has received confirmation from a close source to the couple that their traditional wedding ceremony is set to take place this weekend.<\/p>\n
A couple of months ago Mampintsha proposed to Babes Wodumo live on air at the premises of Gagasi FM on their drive time show, hosted by DJ Warras, Nomalanga and Clarrisa.<\/p>\n
A source close to the couple revealed, \u201cYes the wedding is this weekend, they haven\u2019t confirmed the location as yet but I can confirm that they are getting married. This is going to be a traditional wedding.\u201d<\/p>\n
A close friend of the couple Sandile Makhoba also hinted that the wedding preparations are\u00a0in full tilt when he took to Instagram to reveal that he has been chosen to be the Best Man.<\/p>\n

The couple inked a R3 million deal with Showmax, who will be broadcasting their reality series titled Uthando Lodumo. The reality show was set to premiere early 2021 but it seems the couple wanted to document their entire wedding ceremony including the lobola negotiations.<\/p>\n
According to a press release by Showmax, a part of it reads, \u201cBabes and Mampintsha\u2019s relationship has not been a fairy tale romance,\u201d says Nomsa Philiso, MultiChoice Channel Director \u2013 Local Entertainment. \u201cThey\u2019ve had serious issues as a couple, yet have chosen to remain together.
