This was the day I convinced @khaboninankwelo to enter her first pageant (Miss Hillcrest Corner) I promised to teach her everything I knew (not that she needed it) We both placed in the top 3 and we had lots of money and prizes to spend at that mall. Needless to say, it was worth the exercise.\u201d<\/p>\n

Earlier this month, Minnie shared a cute snap of herself and Nandi Madida\u2019s sister Dr Langa Mngoma on stage at another modelling pageant.<\/p>\n
In her lengthy post the actress mentioned she won her first pageant in 2002.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis was the year 2000, @drlangamngoma and I choreographed our duo\/group performance to \u201cIt\u2019s Raining Men\u201d at our modeling graduation for @roberta_alessandri_models. This was my first modeling graduation, and we won the best duo\/group performance. @nandi_madida won the overall model of the year, @drlangamngomacame 2nd and I came 3rd.<\/p>\n
Enough of Minnie\u2019s pageantry days. Mrs Jones may have outgrown the modeling phase of her life, but she is doing a remarkable job as a media personality and a mother.<\/p>\n
She recently shared a video of herself and her son Netha strolling down on the Durban beach to receive blessings from the ocean.<\/p>\n
