The ex-wife of former SA minister Mulisi Gigaba, Norma Mngoma, finds herself in hot waters after refusing to appear before the Zondo Commission.\u00a0<\/h2>\n

The commission\u2019s chair, Deputy Chief Justice Raymond Zondo has approved the issuing of a summon for Norma Mngoma. This is after she refused to appear before the commission to give details about her visits to the Guptas home in Johannesburg on Tuesday.<\/p>\n

Her attorney yesterday told the commission that Norma would like to withdraw her participation from the commission.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe received instructions chair last night that Mrs. Gigaba would like to withdraw her participation from the commission and this morning I addressed a letter to the commission advising to that effect,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

She also presented a letter before the commission from Norma, \u201cThis letter sets to inform the commission that as of late yesterday we received instructions from our client informing us of her personal concerns with regards to how various aspects of her proposed appearance at the commission has been handled or allegedly mishandled by the commission,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

\u201cShe gave an interview on ENCA in December about the shinanigans of Malusi with Guptas, so what changed?\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it has to do with Zondo & jamwhatwhat\u2019 s treatment of Mpofu on the \u2018shut up\u2019 matter! Norma is loyal to those around her. She obviously didn\u2019t like what happened to her legal team!\u201d<\/p>\n

Ms. Gigaba did not show up at the commission’s venue today however her legal representative Adv. Gcwalisile Makhathini has addressed the Chairperson on her withdrawal. #StateCapture<\/a><\/p>\n

Norma had previously open the lid about his ex-husband\u2019s dealings with the Gupta family. During a \u2018Say It All\u2019 interview with \u00a0Slindelo Masikane on eNCA last year, Norma revealed that Gigaba used to receive a lot of money from the Guptas.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey used to give him a lot of money but I don\u2019t know what they were giving him money for, but sometimes he used to say, \u2018I do favors for them\u2019, the Guptas, so then they would give him money. It was a lot of cash all the time so I don\u2019t know what it was for, but he would use that money for different things, maybe it\u2019s either for his lifestyle, to build his home or to give it to his sisters,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n

She threw more dirt on Mr. Gigaba by disclosing that the former minister was addicted to porn: \u201che has a problem of porn addiction because he is always watching porn, and sometimes for him, it\u2019s a fantasy. He will go and sleep with that person and people will catch feelings and then, Malusi is gone. People will then start reacting [saying], \u201cyou used me. I\u2019m going to tell your wife,\u201d she told the news paper.<\/p>\n
