PRETORIA – Vusimuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala says former police minister Bheki Cele actually wanted R1-million in bribe money from him.
Matlala says he instead made two payments to Cele, totaling half a million.
“I gave him three (R300,000) and again I gave him two (R200,000) like I mentioned,” Matlala said.
