On Saturday, a lady that goes by Thulisile Lushaba filmed a video reviewing her 16 inch weave from Hair Majesty owned by Dj Zinhle. Unfortunately, Lushaba had nothing good to say about the hair, she was extremely disappointed by the hair quality and the length, given that she paid R3000 for the hair.
Yesterday, Dj Zinhle was made aware of the trending video from one of her unhappy costumers Lushaba. Dj Zinhle’s response seem to have angered people. Many seem to be bothered by the manner Dj Zinhle handled the complaints. A few people that have purchased Dj Zinhle’s weaves went on Twitter to complain about the quality of the hair they received that doesn’t correspond with the money they paid for the hair.
“To think that after seeing that video, I still had hope that you would handle this issue in a professional manner so that, I, as a potential customer could regain my trust in your business and buy your one of your products after getting paid but after seeing this, I won’t bother!”, Nkosazana Entle said.
Most people think Dj Zinhle was being arrogant when she reaponded on Twitter. Instead of defending her brand, people expected her to take notes of what people are complaining about, for her to rectify and thrive in making costumers happy with their purchase.
“The way you guys are so arrogant and never listen to customers the same people that bring business is so sad 😞 This is the very same reason why people don’t support black excellence…just try to be humble, we use our hard earned money and expect quality”, Lerato Rele added.
