Bonang Matheba Shines on True Love Magazine Cover as She Expands Her House of BNG Empire

Bonang Dorothy Matheba has once again claimed her place in the spotlight — this time as the dazzling cover star of True Love Magazine. The South African television presenter, radio personality, author, and entrepreneur has long been celebrated for her confidence, style, and distinctive voice. Now, she’s adding yet another exciting chapter to her ever-evolving empire.

Bonang Matheba is more than just a media personality — she’s a global brand and a business powerhouse. With the upcoming release of the House of BNG Mimosa Premix, expected to hit shelves in 2026, she continues to redefine luxury and excellence in the South African market.

For many fans, the new beverage is another reason to celebrate her success. But for Bonang, it’s far deeper than that — it’s about ownership, hard work, and unapologetic Black excellence.

“To be a Black woman owning a luxury beverage brand in South Africa, and to see it grow to this point – is a dream come true,” she says proudly. “I never imagined that when I launched House of BNG, it would grow into this kind of legacy brand. But here we are. And we’re not done yet.”

Her Méthode Cap Classique luxury brand, House of BNG, has faced its fair share of challenges — including a legal battle in 2022 with her former management company, Celebrity Services Africa, over ownership claims. Bonang’s victory in that dispute was a turning point that reaffirmed her strength and control over her brand.

The Mimosa Premix announcement comes shortly after her glamorous luncheon at La Parada Waterfall in August — a sun-soaked celebration of the House of BNG Cocktail, available exclusively at the restaurant. The event was classic Bonang: elegant, luxurious, and immaculately detailed. Every flower, every sip, and every song reflected her vision and brand philosophy.

“The House of BNG is not just a business – it’s proof that with vision, discipline, and relentless focus, you can create something that lasts,” she reflects. “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built and even more excited about what’s still to come.”

Since its 2019 debut, House of BNG has become a staple at weddings, graduations, festivals, and corporate celebrations. From the Prestige Reserve and Nectar range to the soon-to-be-launched Mimosa Premix, Bonang continues to prove that her empire isn’t just expanding — it’s built to last.
