The one thing model and businesswoman Hailey Bieber is known for, besides being the wife of pop icon Justin Bieber, is her innovative ideas that prioritise convenience and style for the modern girl.
In 2024, she launched a silicone Rhode phone case from her beauty brand which went viral for holding the Rhode lip tint.
The genius design allows you to stick lip gloss on the back of a phone, so you don’t have to carry around a handbag if that’s not your thing. The product won her a Vogue Beauty Award for “Best Viral Beauty Moment”.
Bieber is at it again, teasing a waist chain designed specifically to carry lip gloss.
Her new waist chain accessory holds the Rhode lip tint, allowing women to keep their lip gloss within easy reach without the need to constantly dash out of the water at the beach or search through their bags.
This latest innovation is part of Rhode’s expanding product line, which has been teasing new launches all week on Instagram. As part of its summer campaign, Rhode is introducing fresh products included in a limited-edition summer kit.
According to the brand’s Instagram page, the summer kit will include the limited-edition Peptide Lip Tint shade, pocket blush and a glazing face mist.
In a photo shoot revealing the new product launch, Bieber was spotted with the lip tint-holding waist chain, which became the most talked-about and loved piece.

However, the waist chain does not appear to be available for purchase on the brand’s website or as part of the new product line.
While some fans have expressed their love for the waist chain accessory in the comments section, others have confused it with a tampon holder.
“Hailey girl for a second I thought you were trying to make a tampon holder cool 😭,” said @ratcheljoy.
Another supporter @t.a.n.y.a.b.a.k.e.r commented: “I love it and who cares if you put your tampon in it! It’d be handy as hell! I love that Hailey is constantly thinking outside the box. I need to have lipgloss on me all the time.
“I hate dry lips or not being able to top up my lipstick. Hailey is making it super convenient to be able to do this without carrying a bag around.”
Bieber launched Rhode in 2022 with the beauty brand offering a range of products, including lip tints and skin products.
Recently, the 28-year-old entrepreneur sold the skincare company to e.l.f. Beauty, a cosmetics company, for $1 billion, but she still remains Chief Creative Officer and Head of Innovation.
She told “E! Online” that the decision was made in hopes of “bringing Rhode to more spaces, places and faces globally”.
