Celebrity entrepreneur and TV presenter Bonang Matheba, also known as Queen B, is celebrating her 38th birthday in style. The House of BNG founder gave fans a sneak peek behind the scenes of her stunning birthday photoshoot, where she changed hairstyles, outfits, and accessories.
Bonang shared that she wanted to try something different this year. “It’s almost my birthday and I thought this year I want to make it very editorial, very different from I’m used to doing,” she said. Unlike previous years with birthday balloons and cakes, Bonang chose a fashion-forward and high-end editorial theme. “We’re doing a fabulous editorial this year,” she added.
And fabulous it was! Bonang looked elegant and powerful in several breathtaking outfits. One standout look featured a black-and-white tailored suit — a crisp white shirt tucked into wide-leg black pants, a cropped black blazer, and oversized sunglasses. She completed the look with bold red heels, giving off confident boss-lady energy.
In another look, Bonang wore a long black dress with white asymmetrical designs, cut-outs, and a thigh-high slit. She styled it with black stilettos, pearl earrings, a netted fascinator, and a red fan, giving off vintage Hollywood vibes. She also rocked a gorgeous red dress that showed off her shoulders and was paired with a large red hat, adding even more drama to the shoot.
Last year, Bonang wore a sparkling tulip-daisy mini dress in soft pink for her birthday. The dress had a sculpted shape and shimmered with light, and she held an oversized balloon for a playful and glamorous look.
