Tamaryn Green Launches ‘Little Hearts’ Paediatric Centre for Children

Former Miss South Africa and Miss Universe 2018 runner-up Tamaryn Green has officially launched her very own children’s healthcare centre, Little Hearts Medicare. The launch was filled with smiles, laughter, and excitement from parents, kids, and the entire team.

Tamaryn, who is also a medical doctor, shared the news on social media:

“We officially launched our paediatric centre this weekend, and it was a joy-filled celebration. From curious little explorers to supportive parents, it was heartwarming to see so many smiles as families toured the space, met our amazing team, and joined in the fun! Thank you to everyone who came and made this day so special. Here’s to healthy little hearts and a bright future ahead!”

Little Hearts Medicare opens its doors to the public on 1 July 2025. The centre is focused on offering warm, everyday medical care specifically for children, by doctors who are trained in general practice and child development. Tamaryn explained: “Think of us as GPs with extra heart… and a special focus on growing kids.”

She added that while not every child needs a paediatrician for common health problems, they do need a doctor who truly understands them.

“Your child doesn’t need a paediatrician for every sneeze – but they do need someone who understands them. That’s where we come in.”

The clinic promises care that goes beyond medical treatment. It offers an environment where children feel safe, understood, and loved. Tamaryn proudly shared more about their mission:

“Step into a world where healthcare feels like a warm hug. Our team isn’t just trained in general practice – we’re passionate about little people and the families who love them. From our gentle doctors to our bubbly reception team, we’ve created a space where kindness leads the way.”

Little Hearts Medicare also follows strong values under the word “HEARTS”:

·       H – Healing: Taking time to listen and provide expert, evidence-based care.

·       E – Empathy: Making every child feel seen, heard, and loved.

·       A – Accountability: Honest and consistent care you can trust.

·       R – Resilience: Facing challenges with passion and energy.

·       T – Trust: Creating a safe and welcoming space for every child.

·       S – Service: Treating families with kindness, dignity, and excellence.

Tamaryn Green’s dream is now a reality, and Little Hearts Medicare is ready to make a difference in many young lives. She and her team can’t wait to welcome families to a place where every child is treated like one of their own.
