Reality TV star Vuyokazi Nciweni, known for her role in Izingane ZeS’thembu, recently threw a dreamy Barbie-themed birthday party for her daughter, Mhlophekazi, who just turned five.
Vuyokazi is the mother of two children with Mpumelelo Mseleku, who is the son of popular polygamist Musa Mseleku from the hit reality show Uthando Ne’Sthembu. That show follows Musa and his four wives as they balance family life, tradition, and modern-day living.
The birthday party for little Mhlophekazi was every bit a pink fairytale. The event had a full Barbie theme with pink everywhere—from balloons to table decorations. Mhlophekazi looked like a real-life princess in a cute pink dress paired with a shiny gold tiara. Her proud mom, Vuyokazi, also looked stunning in a soft pink dress that showed off her curves.
Taking to social media, Vuyokazi celebrated the big day with a heartfelt message. She wrote,
“She asked for Barbie. NO MORE mntanam!!! I said SAY Happy 5th birthday to my beautiful daughter! We had an amazing Barbie themed party thanks to the incredible decor by @sinazo_tikanampomane from @mabillions_deco_company — you truly outdid yourself. Thank you so much!! I’m so proud of myself for pulling this off. I couldn’t have done it without God’s guidance and strength. Thanks to everyone who celebrated with us!”
Her daughter also received birthday wishes from her father, Mpumelelo Mseleku, who shared a photo of the two of them and simply wrote, “Happy birthday ndodakazi.”
Even her grandfather, Musa Mseleku, joined in the celebration. He posted a warm birthday message, saying, “My grandmother Gogo Flo and my mother Joyce are rejoicing in Heaven for Mhlophekazi and Nzuluyemfihlakalo.”
It was a special day filled with love, joy, and family — just the kind of celebration any little girl would dream of.
