Man nabbed for alleged threats against Ramaphosa to appear in court

A 28-year-old suspect is expected to appear at the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court today on charges of intimidation.

This follows his arrest in Germiston on the East Rand by the Hawks’ Crime Against The State (CATS) unit after he allegedly made threats against President Cyril Ramaphosa, Cape Town Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis and a business official.
