Beauty pageant fans, the moment we have all been waiting for has arrived!
On Friday, May 9, the Miss Supranational organisation took to social media to make the highly anticipated announcement of a representative who will raise the South African flag high at the globally acclaimed Miss Supranational stage.
The official Miss Supranational SA account on Instagram released a statement introducing Lebogang Raputsoe, who has been elected to represent South Africa in Poland this June.
“Hailing from the Vaal triangle, a place that represents the rich history and vibrant culture of our country, South Africa, is the beautiful and accomplished LEBOGANG RAPUTSOE, who steps into the role officially and effectively as Miss Supranational South Africa,” it wrote.

According to the shared statement, Raputsoe is a student and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree (PhD) in Human Resources Management and also has a degree in Industrial Psychology and Labour Relations Management.
Raputsoe, who advocates for quality education and sustainability, believes that education, access to opportunities and information are the keys to heightened potential.
The national director of Miss Supranational SA, Bokang Montjane-Tshabalala, shared that as an organisation, they are proud to have chosen Raputsoe.
“We are extremely proud to have chosen a young woman who is kind, who has exceptional leadership qualities and one who has an inspirational story to share with our nation and is ready to make a difference and change lives,” she shared.
Raputsoe is also a model, once a Miss SA finalist in 2023 and made it to the Top 12.
In 2024, she was crowned Miss Cosmo South Africa and went to represent South Africa in Vietnam and made it to the Top 21.
Fans and friends congratulated Raputsoe as she is about to embark on the journey of being Miss Supranational SA 2025.

The Miss Supranational beauty competition is set to take place in June in Malopolska, Poland.
