Belgian Fans Goes Berserk After Losing To Morocco: Shops Looted And Cars Burnt

Every soccer fans want to see their team do well in every game they play and they feel the pain when things don’t really go as much as they would have loved, some of them don’t eat and they become so emotional when their teams have lost, they love the game with their all and would really get hurt when their team did not win, the same thing happened to the Belgian national soccer team supporters who went wild after their team was beaten by an African country on Sunday afternoon, things got out of hand and the town were going up in flames.

Reports emerging suggests that fans back in Belgium could not take the 2-0 lost to Morocco and they went berserk, they turned the towns into a war zone as they turned cars upside down and torched them, they reportedly also broke into shops and started looting and burning shops.

“Riots have broken out in several Belgian and Dutch cities after Morocco shocked Belgium by winning 2-0 during a World Cup clash in Qatar. Police arrested about a dozen people after using water cannons and tear gas to disperse crowds in Brussels – and held eight more in the northern city of Antwerp. In Brussels, police were forced to seal off parts of the city as they tried to disperse crowds. Cars were pelted with bricks and steps were set on fire, while one person suffered facial injuries, according to Brussels police spokeswoman Ilse Van de Keere,”reports suggests.

This Qatar World Cup is actually producing some shock results, we have seen some shock defeats, countries have come to fight not to just add up numbers, the Belgian fans surely were not expecting that their nation would lose to an African country, when it happened, they just could bot bear the pain, they resorted in violence.
