The death of Limpopo top businessman identified as “Arnold Mudau” from Tshakhuma near Thohoyandou has left people shocked. It is still hard for many to actually believe that he is no more. He was one of the successful rich businessmen in Limpopo. He was the owner of one of the top famous liqour pub known as “Jerusalem” found at Thohoyandou . He was one of the most feared business men in Limpopo. Many people knew him as the man not to be messed with. He was linked to high crimes like murder but never made it to jail.
He is one of the people who made sure that Thohoyandou was free from high crimes and ensured the safety of community members. He used to work with the late Naledzani Munyai who died last year. He was kidnapped from his home and was found dead at the mountain with forty eight bullets in his body. Apparently his death was business related. Now Arnold Mudau has also died after being involved in a tragic accident. On Friday night his SUV car overturned not far from his home in Tshakhuma.
His death was reported in the early hours of yesterday and it has been reported that the passenger is at the hospital after suffering from injuries. It seems like his death was planned. It has been reported that when the police arrived at the accident scene he was no longer there togetber with the passenger. We all know that a dead body at an accident cannot be taken before the police comes. He was found in the next village lying next to the bush. What is more shocking is that his body was found with bullets. It seems like he got shot just after being involved in an accident. It seems like his car brakes were tampered with and he was followed by a man who is believed to be the main suspect on his death.
So far no arrests have been made. This just proves that he had many enemies in the business industry than what people thought. Being a successful rich man is not really easy as it tends to put a person’s life at risk because it attracts enemies. He might have had a problem with another person who decided to cut his life short. People in Thohoyandou are still struggling to believe this.
