A leading member of the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) communications team Ellen Ama Daaku has condemned recent threats made against President John Mahama but accused the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) of encouraging a culture of verbal abuse in politics.
Speaking on The Forum on Asaase Radio, Ellen Ama Daaku described the threats against the president as “despicable” but urged politicians to develop what she called “tough skin” in the face of insults.
