Kerry Anderson remembers how difficult it was to find employment when she was younger.
That is why she set up ‘Brave, Strong, Beautiful’ – a social enterprise hair salon in Edinburgh that provides training to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds or who struggle to find employment.
She says it is the first and only social enterprise hair salon in Scotland.
