
The finalists’ puddings were tasted by a panel of judges led by baking doyenne Dame Mary Berry, along with Fortnum and Mason’s executive pastry chef Roger Pizey, Rahul Mandal, the 2018 winner of the Great British Bake Off, Monica Galetti, chef patron and a judge on Masterchef: The Professionals; author and baker Jane Dunn, self-taught pastry chef Matt Adlard and dessert historian Regula Ysewijn.
