WhatsApp UWP, the new version of the messenger for Windows 10 and 11, has received another update with visual improvements. Currently available exclusively to testers, the program embraces Microsoft’s operating system design in more areas of the app.
In this update, no new functions were found in the app, so the package should consist of general experience improvements, bug fixes, and visual additions. One of the most obvious changes is in the confirmation window for deleting messages, which now follows the standard Windows interface.
Adjustments were also found in the Settings section, especially in the Account and Notifications tab, and in the controls window for voice and video calls.

You can still find areas where the WhatsApp UWP needs to be adapted, and unfortunately, many features included in WhatsApp for Desktop remain missing. Considering the evolution of the program, it should take at least a few months for it to reach a state of polish equivalent to the stable version to be able to release it to the general public.
What is WhatsApp UWP?
WhatsApp UWP is a brand new version of WhatsApp built for Windows. The program is built on the Universal Windows Platform (UWP) — that’s where the nickname comes from —, which guarantees faster startup, background activity, a standardized look with Microsoft’s OS and other advantages.
This WhatsApp alternative appeared in November 2021 and shortly thereafter was made available for testing on the Microsoft Store (it is not possible to find it by searching the platform, only through the direct link). So far, however, WhatsApp has not given a forecast for the official launch of the program, but you can check what the Kenyannews think of him so far.
