iPhone SE Plus prototype reveals same design as current generation –

With a release forecast later than expected, the new third-generation iPhone SE may be presented by Apple with a change in nomenclature and processing, but the same iPhone 8 design already used in the iPhone SE (2020).

After much written evidence of these suspicions, images of 2022 iPhone SE dummy models emerge, which represent simple device design prototypes.

Published by the Pigtou website in partnership with the leaker @xleaks7, we see prototypes built in white and black filament with the same compact size and design as the current model.

The single front camera remains horizontally aligned with the microphone hole and LED flash, as well as the rounded-sided body, but the prototype displays the Apple logo at the top of the back cover instead of positioning it in the center, a place used on the iPhone. SE (2020) and which must be kept in the new model.

It is not possible to distinguish the front panel, as it lacks elements such as the cutout for the front camera and speaker for calls, screen and Touch ID button.

Still, rumors support information that the smartphone will be presented with the same 4.7-inch screen, without news such as the desired Face ID and display of greater use.

The new third-generation iPhone SE — expected as iPhone SE Plus, despite not offering a larger size — should bring the new Apple A15 Bionic chip in the same configuration seen in the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini, and support for 5G, making this the Apple’s cheapest cell phone with state-of-the-art connectivity.

Expected to be announced between the end of April and the beginning of May, more news about the iPhone SE Plus should emerge over the next few days.
