By an activated Apple ID session on your devices
1. On iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch
- Open the Settings app. Then tap [seu nome] to open your account details;

2. On Mac

- Go to appleid.apple.com and go to “Forgot your Apple ID or password?”;

How to recover my Apple ID password
